Orders are prepared within 2-4 business days depending on the volume of orders. Fabrics from exclusive collections are sent after 3 business days for delivery depending on the normal order volume. If the number of high orders slows down shipping, we will inform you on our homepage and when confirming your order.

Free shipping on orders of $150 CAD or more (after discounts and before taxes), valid for the provinces of Quebec and Ontario.

Free shipping on orders of $250 CAD or more (after discounts and before taxes), valid for other Canadian provinces, excluding the Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut, and other remote regions.

Orders are shipped with Purolator Express and Canada Post across Canada. You may also request to use your own carrier.

Due to higher transportation costs to remote areas of Canada, additional shipping charges may apply. If this is the case, you will receive an email with the exact shipping cost before your order is processed. You may then choose to pay the additional fees or request a refund.

For orders of $150 CAD or more shipped to remote regions, we will apply a 10% discount on transport fee to help offset the free shipping promotion.
